Minors 16 and 17 years old

If you are a minor of 16 and 17 years old, you can still use the Tuba Bike servisse. However, a confirmation from a legal representative is required:

1. With your legal representative go to our ticket office in Barcelos city center(Avenida Doutor Sidónio Pais)
2. Fill the form with your personal data and of your legal representative
3. Our staff will confirm the data on the form is correct (you need to produce both ID Cards)
4. After validation, our central services will generate an account for you.
5. You will receive the access PIN for your customer account via SMS on your mobile phone.
6. You must now verify your account with the help of your legal representative and add a valid payment method.
7. After verification, your account will be activated and you can start using the service.
